On the ground floor of 120 sqm are 3 double rooms with kitchen, a bathroom, laundry, basement, bikes storage, party room, a little fitness room, and a nice garden. ROOM 1 (please see the floor plan) The bedroom has 23 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, two wardrobes, sofa bed, towels, lamps, shelves, side tables, desk, bedside table, armchair, dining - bar table, and a kitchen (newly built) fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, and a small dishwasher, door lock, central heating, and internet WIFI. This room share one bathroom with another two rooms. In the courtyard, there is a small fitness room available for all the flatmates.
