Our family welcomes you to our lovely accomodations! :-) As a family-run apartment house in the beautiful east of Munich, our main concern is to make your stay especially comfortable and pleasant. We offer eleven fully equipped apartments with an above-average area of 26-36 m2. Here you will find your oasis of peace, no matter whether you are only staying in Munich for a short time or are looking for a temporary home. The convenient location near the Munich Trade Fair Centre and the Unterföhring Media Park makes our apartments the ideal starting point for your undertakings. In our boarding house you can expect numerous services combined with individual living comfort. All rooms are equipped with a modern bathroom including hairdryer and towel radiator. Of course you will also find a flat TV and free WLAN in your rooms. A fully equipped kitchenette incl. refrigerator, 2 ceramic hotplates, kettle, espresso machine and a micro baking combination are part of the equipment as well as plates, cutlery, glasses and a basic supply of kitchen utensils. All rooms have a wardrobe with a width of at least 1.20 m and offer enough space for your clothes even for a longer stay. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. All rooms are equipped with box spring beds in various widths (1.20 - 1.60 metres) and with floor-to-ceiling windows.
