“The apartment is wonderful and overall the landlord was reliable and helpful. But it was a little challenging to communicate with the agency before moving in - initially I wrote asking a number of questions, was given one answer, and then the day of my flight, someone else wrote me saying something completely different! So I boarded my flight not knowing how I was going to get my keys and move into the apartment. Changing the answer last minute was very frustrating and unprofessional.”

“I’d say that the experience was good, the apartment matches watch I saw online and the landlord is really reactive (a (hidden) group was created after we moved in to check if we had any problem + when we had one they found a solution quickly)
The neighborhood isn’t really nice but the terrace is cool (especially when it’s sunny outside) + the metro is less than 5min from the flat
The only “bad” thing is concerning the amenities (not enough kitchen ustensile) and the furnitures (some are damaged)”
