Our accommodations are for people who seek to have all the comforts of home during their stay, with minimalist and bright apartments. We try to make your experience very special. We own 25 apartments, 1 Kitchen in each apartment, 2 common Washing Areas, 1 Terrace We have self-check-in, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a bedroom, and a living room in each apartment. They are very spacious and bright areas, Scandinavian style, with minimalist and functional decoration to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. We are located on Paseo de Talleres 16, a residential area in constant renovation with new and modern buildings and a suburban train station a few meters away. It is an independent property and perfectly located in a quiet area but only 15 minutes from the center of Madrid, both by car and by public transport and a direct train line to the Atocha train station in 10 minutes. Bus line 23 will leave you at the door of the Plaza Mayor. Its location is fantastic for those who are excited about the city but enjoy the calmer areas of the capital. If you want to go shopping, just 3 km away you will find one of the largest shopping centers in Europe with the main commercial brands Zara, Primark, Apple Store, Alcampo, etc. Achieving light in the apartments is one of the main objectives. For this, white and neutral colors play a fundamental role in the decoration, combining it with materials such as wood, we see a fantastic result.
