Hello People! Room: The Room is 15,3 m2 and has plenty of space. You can work, chill and even exercise here. The room includes a small walk in closet right next to the door. You will get the room pretty much like it is pictured, I will just throw out my clothes, books etc. but all the furniture will stay in the room. Flat: The flat is very big with 130 m2 and also includes a big living room. The flat members speak fluent german and english and would like to welcome you. They are doing many things together like f.e. cooking, sports, watching movies, playing games or go out partying. They really like to spend time together in the living room. The flat members are 23-27 years old and are still students. But if you don't feel like socializing you can always have your privacy in the room. Location: The flat is located in the heart of Vienna and you can walk to most places. Alltough the flat is located in the center it is very silent, because it is located in a side street. You can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes and can reach the metro U2 Schottentor in about 8 minutes. There are also a lot of tram stations nearby (38, 39, 40, 41, 42 and so on). A part of the university of Vienna is located directly near the flat (1 minute walk) and the main building of the university is located about 10 minutes away. The medical university (10 minutes), the WU University (about 20 minutes with metro U2) and the TU University Vienna (about 20 minutes with metro U2) are also located near the flat. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and parks are also located near the flat and can be reached easily by foot.
