It is easy to get around by bike and public transport (trains, Sita, tramway, bus) are within 5 minutes to 3 minutes. The flat is on the third floor without lift in a very quiet building of 3 floors. Two are the characteristics of the flat: the address is in the centre in the elegant area but also not far from the markets where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables, but there are also supermarkets, clubs where you can entertain pleasantly; the house is pleasant and comfortable with a taste all Florentine and very bright. NB. To pay in advance Condominium fees: 120 euro per months calculated on your stay (If you stay 5 motnhs, then you will have to pay 500 euros in advance.
