The room is part of a newly built, 2018 house (with separate staircase and entrance to first floor). The house is very near to the public transportation (Station “Aspern Nord” U2, S-Bahn, Bus 95A). Room details: 12m2, first floor (no elevator), 1 balcony door, 1 comfortable bed, 1 desk with chair, wardrobe and roll cage. Common areas (only for 3 persons) details: first floor, balcony (7,41m2) only for you and for the next-room neighbour), kitchen with cooking equipment, lobby and bathroom & WC with washing machine with a small extra cost each laundry for example 1-2 Euro for each laundry max 8 kilos mix color clothes. 2 young female tenants live in this living unit now.
