The location of the studio is fantastic, as being a side street of 'de Oude Gracht' (the Old Cannel) which is the central street of happening in Utrecht. 10 minutes walking distance to Central Station. Studio is large and comfortable, high ceiling. Around the corner Albert Heijn Supermarkt and grassfield to chil. Water, electricity, gass and internet are at own expense. Of course I can advice you on Dutch contractors I had. Water you have to continue with my former contractor. I think my landlord also want your contact details and wants me to make a contract, for as far this is not on HousingAnywhere. Please let me know if you want to rent it.
