This coliving home has 116m2 and is situated on the 3rd floor of an incredible building with an elevator. It is spacious and bright and tottally equipped. It has a welcoming and spacious hall that connects with the kitchen area and Room 1. Beautiful modern kitchen with open-air spaces and a wooden desk with two stools. It is completely equipped with fridge and freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, owen, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils for cooking and eating while you share with your new friends. The kitchen connects to a laundry area with two washing machines-driers. From the kitchen you access to two completely equipped bathrooms with shower, sink and toilette. The living room has a sofa to relax while watching TV. There is a dining table where to share your meals with other colivers just next to the window that gives access to the balcony with open view to the street. Air conditiong in the common areas and Room 4. Central heating in all the apartment. Room: It is a large room with a double bed and a comfortable matress. There is a working area with a large desk and chair and a closet to organise all your stuff. This room in our Eixample coliving home has its own private TV so you can relax watching films and it also has a big window facing to the stret.
