The apartment is located on the groundfloor. All windows see to the inner garden which is separated with a fence. So you have a private terrace and no passengers looking into the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils, sheets, towels and everything else you need for your stay in Vienna. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The washing machine is shared with other tenants. We call it „Audrey“ as the main picture in the living room is a print of Audry Hepurn. The house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the Hundertwasserhaus – one of Vienna’s youngest sights. The location is perfect as the apartment is in walking distance to down town (ca 15 Minutes), to the airport-train CAT (ca 10 minutes), to the Green Prater (ca 5 minutes), were you can do all kinds of sports like cycling, running, skating, even swimming in summer in the public swimming pool (Stadionbad). Furthermore you can walk to the Campus of the university of economics and Sigmund Freud University. Great shopping oportunities nearby, supermarkets, shopping street. Closest public transport: tram 1, bus 4A (to Karlsplatz/TU), metro U3 (Rochusmarkt) and U4 (Wien Mitte), CAT (Airporttrain). Also close to highway – but not disturbed by it.
