Queen size double bed, with bed linen and towels, 2 bedside tables, a bed side lamp, a desk and a chair, double cupboard, electric heater and fan. Full bathroom and a separate toilet with hand basin shared. Maximum number of people 6 at a time in the apartment. Fully furnished kitchen with microwave oven, conventional oven, washing machine, cooker and all basic cooking utensils. Aircon only in the main room. Also a 32'' Smart Tv. This apartment does not get direct sun light, as it is on a 1st floor, but it is well lit during the day. Bills are worked out at 100€/month: 70€ for electricity, water and internet; 12€ for community charges and 18€ for extras (maintenance of electric appliances and drains, etc..). Cleaning is up to the tenants but you will find vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and mop to help you clean. Building ,with no elevator, situated in a busy street, right next to Las Ramblas close to all main tourist attractions as well as the main shopping area of 'El Portal de l'Angel'.
