You find stores to buy everything you need for daily life, and a supermarket is situated in only 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. In the surrounding roads there are many typical Viennese restaurants with good Viennese kitchen, (“Wiener Schnitzel”) and beautiful gardens. The silent apartment Vienna Blumau in the Blumauergasse 20 is located directly in the heart of Vienna. Within only 10 minutes, it is possible to reach the center of Vienna by foot and enjoy the nightlife in one of the many clubs, bars and restaurants. One of the biggest advantages is the fact that it will only take a few minutes to get back home after a long and perhaps exhausting night. Especially the diversity of bars and clubs in Vienna is unmatched so far. Within the vincinity of the Schwedenplatz, an ideal location can be found for everybody, whether it is an irish pub, a modern club or a normal bar. The so called Flex, a very special club for the younger generation regularly hosts musical events and gigs. Livemusic is a basic part of the programme in many locations in Vienna. But a night at the Casino could also prove to be quite entertaining. The Palais Esterhazy, located at the Kärntnerstraße, offers such an experience. Whether one prefers roulette, blackjack or poker, all needs will be satisfied here. You might just want to try your luck. One of the hottest clubs in the whole city is the Club Volksgarten near the Burgring next to the Hofburg and the Heldenplatz. You will be able to reach the club in about 10 minutes with the subway line U2. But the B72 and the Chelsea at the Lerchenfeldergürtel are also among the best clubs in Vienna. Many shopping possibilities of various sorts, as well as a few supermarkets are in the close vincinity of the apartment in the Blumauergasse. There are two subway stations next to the apartment, the subway line U1 and U2 and of course a few tram lines. They lead directly into the center at the Schwedenplatz. In Vienna, the subways travel around-the-clock, so you will still be able to reach home even after a long night....
