Very close to the apartment (walking distance 5 minutes) you find the New Congress Center and the convention center. You got a perfect infra-stucture, you can find supermarket and all kinds of stores and restaurants with good Austrian and international kitchen in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The apartment number 24 in the Stuwerstraße 35 in Vienna turns out to be very comfortable and convenient. Despite the very silent location right next to the fair grounds and the Wiener Prater, the apartment is still very close to the town center, thus you will be able to reach most of the important places of interest in Vienna via public transportation within a very short time. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the famous Schloss Belvedere. This facility was built in the 18th century and is divided into 2 parts, the upper and the lower Belvedere. Both buildings are connected by a beautiful park area. The upper Belvedere was the very location, the Austrian State Treaty was signed. In the past it had been used by Prince Eugen and many other individuals of nobility as a summer residence. In the middle of the building is a huge hall made of marble. A huge painting can be seen at the ceiling of the hall. It was painted by Carlo Innocenzo Carlone. The lower Belvedere also has one of those marble halls and just like the other hall in the upper Belvedere, this one is also filled with ornaments, paintings and pieces of art. The garden between looks like a long terrace and connects both buildings. Although the Belvedere was built in the beginning of the 18th century, the public was able to visit it for the first time in 1780. The Schloss Belvedere is of course only one of the many places of interest in Vienna, which can be reached very fast when living in one of the comfortable apartments in the Stuwerstraße. A supermarket as well as various other restaurants and shops are in the immediate vincinity of the holiday flat in Vienna in the Stuwerstraße. There is also a subway station (U2) right next to the apartment and a few tram lines, which lead into the center of the city via the Praterstern and Schwedenplatz, but they can also take you to the danube. In Vienna, the subways travel around-the-clock, so you will still be able to reach home even after a long night...
