SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes. This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Nice and sunny apartment of 45m2, ideal for a couple or small family, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with dining area and wooden floors. The high ceilings with original beams in virtually all of the House are maintained. Classic farm in the region, the apartment is located on a mezzanine level and it was refurbished in 2007 while maintaining with some elements of the time. It is located in the quiet district of Poble Sec. Famous for its bars, restaurants and artistic institutions. Even though it is near to the city centre it has not lost its traditional and local custom. Very close to all the different means of transport like undergrounds and buses, it is at the foot of Montjuic Mountain. This is the perfect place to escape from the noise of the city. There you can find a vast variety of wonderful green parks, medieval castles within many other recreational activities RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 70 euro + IVA for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests. 3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA 4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent Fees: Cleaning fee (no includes IVA): 80 € 📜 Please note: Once the reservation is confirmed, the tenant must submit the required documentation in order to continue with the rental process. Afterwards, the invoices for the pending payments will be sent; please note that we cannot proceed until the payments are fully reflected in our bank accounts. As some transfers may take additional time to be processed, tenants are advised to be cautious and plan accordingly during this stage of the reservation process. If the tenant wishes to pay by credit card at our office, please be aware that a 2% surcharge will apply.
