Your Room: The room is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to study comfortably. It includes towels, bedding, and a lockable door for your privacy and security. Additionally, you’ll enjoy access to a private balcony perfect for relaxing outside. The Apartment: Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a hallway with space to hang your coat. On the left side are the bathroom and toilet, where washing facilities are available for your use. Moving forward, you'll enter the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware and appliances, including an oven, microwave, large fridge, and induction stove all for your personal use. Location: The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Transwijk-Zuid, which offers a variety of amenities: Greenery: A park right next to the apartment where you can enjoy nature or attend local events like the Snowball Festival. Shopping: Situated between two shopping centers, each with supermarkets, affordable Turkish greengrocers, and various retail stores. IKEA is also just a few blocks away. Accessibility: Public transport is easily accessible; the city center of Utrecht is just a 10-minute bus ride away. Cycling is also a quick and affordable option for the authentic Dutch experience. Shared Responsibility: We believe in shared responsibility regarding property maintenance. You’ll receive a clean room with all necessary furniture, and we ask that you treat it with care. The common areas are cleaned on a monthly basis. You are responsible for keeping your own room clean. Tenant Upkeep: Tenants are expected to take out the trash, do their own dishes, keep their personal room tidy, and maintain the shared spaces throughout the rest of the month. Finances: Rent Includes: All utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet), Netflix (if available), monthly cleaning, and city taxes. Service Fee: A one-time service fee of €100 for the entire stay. Energy/Water: Rent includes fixed advance payments. If usage stays within standard levels, no extra costs apply. Consumption exceeding the norm may be invoiced. A cleaning fee of €50 will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the tenancy. Check-in/out: The room is available immediately. Key handover can be scheduled in consultation with the team.
