Walking distance (15min) to the University of Iceland, close to all bus lines. A fully furnished home, rented out for 5 months max, for max 2 people. It has one bedroom with one double bed 3 bright and spacial living rooms, with a view to the garden. The kitchen is spacial, fully equipped, window to the street. The bathroom has a shower; the WC is in a separate space. A shared balcony facing east, in front of the entrance door of the apartment. There is a very friendly cat in the house. We have strict house rules; no smoking no parties, total silence in the house after 23:00pm....
