Single room available in this apt located in a quiet place 10 minutes by bike or by bus from the city center (bus stop very close). Bathroom just renovated with a new large shower. The apartment is also close to a commercial area with a supermarket, "pizzerie", tobacco shop, fitness center and so on. A swimming pool 10 minutes by bike. It's a big apt with a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a tv , a table with 4 chairs. The living room has got also a balcony where you can go if you smoke for example. There is a kitchen with another small table with 3 chairs, a microwave, oven, fridge and everything you need for cooking. Close to the kitchen another balcony.
