Spacious room in an appartment in the heart of Kralingen Summary: A fully furnished room in a spacious apartment in the best location possible, shared with 2 other persons for 400 euro per month inclusive. Rental period starting July (hidden phone number) (dates negotiable). Registration at City Hall is not possible. The room will be equipped with a double bed (not on photo), desk (not on photo) and a huge build-in/walk-in closet. You should be responsible and clean. Size and layout of the apartment: In total there are three floors. There’s a large living room with build-in closet, large windows, and a balcony (especially nice in the morning sun). It has an open kitchen that is very well equipped with everything you need: a newly bought dishwasher, fridge / refrigerator, oven, gas stove with extractor hood, water boiler, cutlery and dishes etc. There is a spacious and bright bathroom on the second floor, with many closets to store your stuff in and a bathtub / shower (with jacuzzi). Another toilet can be found on the first floor. Furthermore, a newly bought washing machine is available. Additionally, there is a big attic (third floor), which you can use to store all your stuff. Location: Best location there is! The apartment is located in Kralingen, the best part of Rotterdam, a student area right in the middle between Erasmus University (Campus Woudestein) and City Center. There are lots of other student apartments in the area. It takes you 5 minutes by bike to Erasmus University, 5 minutes by bike to Blaak (Markethall, Cube Houses, Market every Tuesday and Saturday), and 10 minutes to Central Station. There is a variety of supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Aldi, Coop), hairdressers, pharmacies, shoemakers, shops, bars, and restaurants reachable on food. Right at the doorstep, there is a soccer and basketball track. Kralingen is not only a beautiful historic and green residential area, but also offers the Kralingse Plas, a lake with beach where you can hang out and go running and sailing. Last but not least, there are two subway and tram stations (Gerdesiaweg and Oostplein) reachable in 2 minute by foot. The tram 24 brings you directly to Erasmus University and also to the City Center (Blaak, Central Station, Beurs). If you have a car, there are parking possibilities next to the apartment.
