To guarantee you a transparent price and full protection under Italian law, we will use a regularly registered standard 4+4 lease agreement, made flexible thanks to a special exit clause written directly into the agreement: This ensures you are legally guaranteed maximum exit flexibility: the absolute freedom to terminate the contract at any time, before its natural 4-year expiration, by simply giving a 3-month written notice. Perfect for Semester or 1-Year Stays: If your plan is to stay for just a single semester or an academic year (e.g., 10 or 12 months), you can leave the apartment whenever you need to. By respecting the 3-month notice period, there will be no penalties, and your security deposit will be fully refunded in accordance with the terms of the contract. Long-Term Security: If you decide to extend your studies or stay in the city longer than expected, you are fully protected and have the guaranteed right to remain in the apartment for up to 4 years under the exact same conditions, without having to sign a new contract and without any contract renewal fees.
