The old town is quickly reached by public transport. The apartment offers a comfortable wooden double bed for up to 2 people, a chest of drawers, a wall-mounted TV and a large dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and toilet, large built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a private balcony with seating. Included in the rent: heating, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi) and operating costs. Bed linen and towels are provided. For stays longer than two months, additional administrative steps may be required due to legal registration requirements. The guest agrees to provide the necessary documents and information in a timely manner.
