Title: Bright furnished room for rent in Tervuren (Short-term, 1–6 Months) – No domiciliation Traveling with a friend or colleague? I am renting out two separate private rooms in this house! Feel free to apply together so you can live in the same welcoming home. Description: In the green and quiet area of Tervuren, I have a cozy and bright room available for a stay of 1 to 6 months, between October 12, 2026 and June 30, 2027. The location is ideal for an intern or professional working at UZ Leuven Campus Gasthuisberg or in Brussels. 🚌🏥 I am a single mom living here together with my lovely 9-year-old daughter and our two very friendly dogs🐾. As we value a peaceful home and I telework a few days a week, we are looking for a clean and quiet student, intern or young professional who loves dogs and usually works or studies on campus or at the office during the week. The room is therefore not suitable for full-time teleworkers. Location: Tervuren is a green and peaceful town with good public transport connections to both Brussels and Leuven. Tram 44 connects Tervuren with Brussels, while bus R80 stops at Hertenbergstraat and offers a direct connection to UZ Leuven Campus Gasthuisberg and Leuven. Facilities: The bright 20 m2 bedroom is furnished with a single bed and wardrobe, offering plenty of personal space. Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with me and my daughter. The layout of the house is optimal for your peace of mind and independence. You can access your room directly via the stairs without passing through our family's private living areas, which offers plenty of privacy for both you and our family. There are excellent, modern self-service laundromats located just a short distance away, which are very easy to use! Rent: € 490,-per month basic rent + € 150,- per month fixed fee for utilities (completely ALL-IN: water, electricity, heating, high-speed internet, and free dog cuddles!). Total: € 640,- per month. Deposit: 2 months' rent (€ 980,- (= 2 × €490) to be placed on a secured official bank account (e-DEPO). Interested?
