PARIS STUDIO – 📍 Porta Palazzo / Aurora – Turin 🏡 Studio Apartment – Double Occupancy ( the second tenant would book separately and will have his own contract ) 💰 Monthly Cost: €500 - Rent: €350 - Other Costs: €120 (Wi-Fi, condominium expenses, water, building maintenance) - Electricity: €30/month Heating and air conditioning are provided by electric heat pumps. --- 💳 Security Deposit: €800 (payable after booking through HousingAnywhere). The deposit will be refunded within 20 working days after check-out, following: - deep cleaning, - inspection of the studio, private bathroom and shared areas, - confirmation that no damage has occurred. If repairs are required, the refund will be processed after the repair costs have been determined. The following deductions apply: - Deep cleaning costs. - €100 temporarily retained for final utility bills, which may arrive up to 60 days after check-out. Copies of the bills will be provided as proof of the actual costs. ✅ The security deposit cannot be used as payment for the last month's rent. --- ⚡ UTILITIES Where utilities are included in the rent, the landlord monitors consumption. If consumption significantly exceeds normal residential use or if energy costs increase exceptionally, the additional costs will be charged to the tenant, regardless of whether the apartment is occupied daily or only occasionally. --- STUDIO FEATURES The studio includes: - Mezzanine with 2 single beds - Elegant mix of antique and modern furniture - Wardrobe - Comfortable sofa bed for an occasional third guest - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and kitchen utensils) 🧺 Washing machine shared with 3 studios. --- 📄 CONTRACT - Temporary registered contract for students or professionals on temporary assignment. - Contract registration fee: €100 (payable at check-in). Early termination This is a fixed-term contract. Early termination is accepted only: - with at least 3 months' written notice, and - for serious documented reasons (e.g. health issues). The following are not considered valid reasons: - returning to your home country, - personal travel, - transfer to university dormitory - transportation or commuting difficulties, - dissatisfaction with the apartment or neighbourhood, - incompatibility with other tenants, - noise or building works. If the tenant leaves before the end of the contract, they must cooperate in finding a suitable replacement tenant, subject to the landlord's approval. Until a replacement is found or the contract expires, the rent remains due. --- 🏠 THE PROPERTY The property consists of 6 independent studios with a very international community of students and young professionals. Case di Cri is a private landlord (no agency fees). --- 📍 LOCATION The apartment is located in Via Carlo Noè 2, in the heart of Porta Palazzo, one of Turin's most vibrant and authentic neighbourhoods. This is a truly multicultural area, full of life, colours and different cultures. If diversity isn't your thing, this may not be the right neighbourhood for you. 😊 Porta Palazzo is home to Europe's largest open-air market, while every Saturday the famous Balon antique market takes place. The Quadrilatero Romano nightlife district is only a 10-minute walk, and Piazza Castello, the historic city centre, is just 5 minutes further. The neighbourhood has a strong identity and may surprise those who are not familiar with such cultural diversity. However, it is not a dangerous area.
