Hallo zusammen, da ich mein Studium abschließe und in meine Heimat zurückkehre, suche ich zum 10. Juli 2026 einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in Hürth-Efferen. Das Zimmer ist hell, praktisch geschnitten und bietet alles, was man als Student benötigt (siehe Foto). Die Lage in Hürth-Efferen ist ideal für Pendler zur Universität zu Köln. Eine offizielle Wohnsitzanmeldung ist selbstverständlich möglich. Die monatliche Warmmiete (inkl. Wasser, Internet und Strom) beträgt derzeit 269 Euro und erhöht sich ab 2027 auf 281 Euro. Waschmaschinen stehen im Untergeschoss zur Verfügung. Übernahme von Einrichtungsgegenständen: Gegen einen Abschlag von insgesamt 50 Euro würde ich dir gerne diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände überlassen: Bett inklusive Matratze, Kissen und Bettdecke (frisch gewaschen), Schreibtisch, Whiteboard, Lampe, einen voll funktionsfähigen 24-Zoll-Monitor von ViewSonic, eine Aufbewahrungsbox, eine praktische, selbstgebaute Kleiderstange (zweireihig, ideal auch zum Trocknen), ein neues Bohrerset sowie einen Brita-Wasserfilter inklusive zwei neuer Filter. Falls du die Ausstattung nicht übernehmen möchtest, räume ich das Zimmer selbstverständlich vorab komplett aus. Wichtige Details: • Verfügbar ab: 10. Juli 2026 (Mietbeginn bis spätestens 1. August 2026 möglich). • Art: Mietübernahme in einem KSTW-Wohnheim. • Voraussetzung: Da es sich um ein Wohnheim des Kölner Studierendenwerks (KSTW) handelt, ist eine Registrierung auf der KSTW-Warteliste (seit mindestens 3 Monaten) zwingend erforderlich. The room is bright, practically laid out, and offers everything a student needs (see photo). Its location in Hürth-Efferen is ideal for commuting to the University of Cologne. Official registration of residence is, of course, possible. The monthly rent (all-inclusive: water, internet, and electricity) is currently €269 and will increase to €281 in 2027.
