Each of the two rooms has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a desk and a wardrobe. The heart of the apartment is the small eat-in kitchen, fully equipped, with a sofa that folds out into a bed of 120 x 200 cm. It sits in the middle of the apartment and has no window of its own, but transom windows to the adjoining rooms. The bathroom with shower is internal as well. The balcony is reached from one of the rooms. Included Fast internet, stable and reliable for video calls. Washing machine, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee grinder, and a complete set of crockery, cutlery and cookware. Two duvets are provided. The building and the area The complex has several green inner courtyards with playgrounds, swings and sandpits. Many families with children and teenagers live here and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The next bus is two minutes on foot, the Landwehrkanal and Treptower Park are just around the corner, and Kreuzberg and Neukölln are within walking distance. Good to know This is our home, with our pictures, our books and a lot of plants we care about. Watering them is part of the rent and we leave detailed instructions. The tenants named in the contract are the people who live here, so subletting or passing the apartment on is not possible. And no parties, but Berghain, Kater, Else and other lovely clubs are close.
