Co-living in Riga SHED Co-living Riga is located in Zemgales suburb, where everyone can walk to old town just crossing the river in 15 mins. Commute options are near the accommodation place, easily reached in few mins by walking. Latvian university House of Science is in the same street, while Riga Stradina University is reached in several tram stops from SHED Co-living. Also, in few mins walking distance there is National Latvian Library and a big shopping mall Riga PLAZA. Through the top floor windows and rooftop terraces (there are two!) residents can see the beautiful Riga Old Town. All residents are allowed to use common spaces, such as coworking and studying rooms, gaming zone with PS5, leisure and fun areas, gym, backyard and rooftop terraces, big modern common kitchen, cinema screen, bike storage and can meet others in community events (they are organized each month). Using laundry room and car parking is extra fee. Private rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, study table, lamp, private kitchenette, private bathroom with shower and toilet. If they miss something in their room, they can always borrow from common spaces. Bed linen, sheets, kitchen utensils are not privided in the room – a tenant may buy at the reception or bring his own. Staff members and house managers are on duty daily, common zones are cleaned everyday workday, but extra order of room cleaning may be available on site. The room is reserved only when the deposit fee is paid to landlord’s bank account. The deposit is not refundable for any of personal reasons (inc. no show, change of plans, Visa, university issues or other).
