About the room: - Location: 5 minutes’ walk from Diemen Zuid metro and train station (1112ZH) [20 min from city centre] - Monthly rent: €900 - Estimated utilities: ~€100 (heating, electricity, etc.) - Optional parking space: €136 - Total: around €1000/month - Registration possible - Move-in date: On 1 Apr (Need to provide confirmation and documentation by 26th Feb) (Earlier move in date can be discussed) - Viewing dates 23, 24. 25 Feb (6pm-11pm) - The bedroom and living room will be partially furnished - Rent Duration: Sign for a 1 year contract.
