Welcome to "HeartStone" house. We are a very small family run business that specialises in serviced accommodation. We have managed this terraced house for over ten years. A comfortable 2-bedroom terraced house, perfectly suited for contractors, travellers, professionals, and long term guests who want space, comfort, and great connectivity while working in or visiting the city! Just 1.5 miles from the city centre and not far from Sefton Park, this cosy home offers superfast 500Mb fibre Wi-Fi, free on-street parking, and self check-in for flexibility. Whether you’re here for a project, training, or just visiting, you have everything you need for a relaxing stay! An increasing number of guests are contractors or staying for work purposes so we upgraded to fast WiFi to enable working from home guests. Many of our returning guests are tradespeople, engineers, and contractors working in Liverpool, Wavertree, or at nearby industrial and business parks. Enjoy easy access to major routes (M62 Motorway, A562, and Edge Lane), while still being close to supermarkets (Asda, Aldi, Co-op), cafes, takeaways, and pubs. Location highlights: -8 mins drive or short bus ride (86) to Liverpool city centre -Walking distance to Sefton Park, Wavertree Aquatics Centre & Lifestyles Gym -Supermarkets, takeaways, and shops within minutes -Easy access to M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool Docks & business districts -16 mins drive to Liverpool John Lennon Airport It’s a residential area – perfect for relaxing after a busy day on site. Football fans! - I can help you get Liverpool Football Club tickets :) Relax and enjoy staying in a comfortable home, being close enough to the city centre but also away from the busy main hustle and bustle. A great choice for those who wish to be near to Sefton Park or attending functions there. IMPORTANT TO NOTE - there is one UK King size bed (sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and one UK size double bed (sleeps 2) in the second bedroom, plus one fold out floor mattress and one folding camping bed, so any bigger groups wishing to use more than these can also use the sofa in the lounge to sleep on, or will have to bring their own airbed , sleeping bag or similar to use. Many guests wish to book for only one person but due to it being a full house with fold out beds, up to 5 is possible! I love my house, it is more spacious than an apartment, nice and cosy, downstairs living room with Amazon Fire TV & Plex movies (it has a huge movie and TV shows selection!) and retro vinyl record player. It has a separate dining room with family dining table. Master bedroom has a King sized bed & Moroccan lamps, second bedroom has a double bed. Features double glazing and gas central heating. If you've ever stayed in the very heart of Liverpool city centre you may have found accommodation to be small, expensive, or experienced difficulty finding parking spaces and been disturbed by excessive noise from the street at night times, especially so on the weekends. What I love about my house is that it is a short bus ride to the centre of the city, has free street parking, but it is also more peaceful. So it is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day. It is also very safe, secure and alarmed. It is an old fashioned style Liverpool terraced house, a good choice for those wanting a comfortable but less expensive option than the city centre listings, but please consider looking for more prestigious premium (hidden) listings if you require a very modern or luxury high quality property. For guests who are unable to book my house or who require something more modern or in the heart of Liverpool city centre I highly recommend my other listing that is by the University sector of the city centre, or my modern stylish central (hidden) apartment just off London road, so just ask me about those if you are interested. There is oak style laminate flooring throughout the ground floor, with carpets for the stairs and bedrooms. Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the house (slippers are fine, I recommend you bring your own pair to use while here). Responsible and respectful guests only please! Please respect the neighbours. Treat my home as though it were your own and tidy up after yourself as you go along and before you leave. PARKING : there is parking available for free on the road at the front of the property. KITCHEN : is fitted with oven, washing machine, gas hob, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. You will find tea & coffee, cereal, snacks, and there is saucepans cutlery and plates provided. LIVING ROOM: Music themed: has a sofa suite and large flatscreen TV with my Amazon Fire TV and Plex movies account on it (with thousands of new movies and TV shows) and on demand channels so watch as many movies as you like. There is a coffee table & beautiful retro record player and old record collection which I love to play, so have a browse through them! DINING ROOM: European themed: Has a family dining room, dining table and chairs, side table, shelves and cupboard spaces for food or other items. BEDROOM 1 : The large bedroom has a UK King size bed with high quality pocket sprung mattress with memory foam top for 2 people. There is a high quality wardrobe and beside cabinets. It has plenty of space for anything you have. There is an iron & ironing board plus hair dryer (as well as a set of dumbells for exercising). BEDROOM 2: the second bedroom has a UK double bed which can sleep 1 person very comfortably (although 2 adults can fit into this bed too) . It also has a fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet BATHROOM: Seaside themed: fitted with mixer shower, wash basin and WC, chrome towel rail, towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap THE HOUSE IS STRICTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OR EVENTS No smoking please and no burning of candles or incense inside the house please. Please note that this is a residential area, with families with children living on either side of the property. Please go and carefully read the house rules to be sure it is the right place for you and to prepare for your stay. Guest access You will have full access to all the internal rooms of the property. I will leave you with the entire house for you to use and I will be staying very close by :) Pets are only allowed with prior permission so ask me about this when booking. Please note that there is a high step to access the front door and there are stairs internally so guests that have mobility issues are not recommended to book. Other things to note Long-term stays (2+ weeks) are very welcome – please enquire for tailored rates or mid stay cleaning options. My house is a very old building, I have tried to keep and preserve many original features so please don't book if you are looking for a modern updated property. Please go and carefully read the house rules at the time you are booking and read them again before you come, so that you are well prepared for your stay and look up the address on maps before you come so you know exactly where you are going. There is a high step to access the front door and stairs internally so guests with mobility issues are not recommended to book. (due to stairs etc families with infants must consider if this is a suitable property for them). PLEASE NOTE - there is one King UK size bed , one UK size double bed. IMPORTANT - Please check to make sure that you have booked for the correct number of guests that are coming. Please bring a pair of slippers with you to use inside as outdoor shoes are not allowed to be worn inside. Please note that smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Free parking is available on the road but please note that it can be difficult to find space due to other parked cars...
