The apartment is located in the basement of the building, which cannot be accessed by lift, but thanks to the street's inclination, the dwelling would be like the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a patio where one can enjoy time with family. Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being situated in the interior part of the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city. 🍁The apartment: The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room. The open-plan kitchen, is equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included and a large dining table. The building has an access ramp to the entrance and a concierge. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
