Living Room & Dining Area Bright and welcoming, the living room is the heart of the apartment: - A comfortable sofa-bed for extra flexibility - TV for relaxing evenings - Dining table for shared meals - Opens onto a glazed balcony with a cozy seating area, perfect for morning coffee or reading time Kitchen - The kitchen keeps its charming retro tiles but is fully modernized for everyday cooking. You’ll find: fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. - A second glazed balcony opens from here, with a washing machine and natural light, making it a practical and functional space. Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm), built-in wardrobe, dresser, and access to a private glazed balcony with a table for two, a quiet spot to unwind. - The second bedroom features two single beds and a built-in closet, ideal for children or friends. Note: In the main bedroom, the bed can also be arranged as two single beds. Please inform us in advance if you would prefer this setup. Bathroom - A compact yet functional bathroom with bathtub. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
