Perfect for meals, games, or winding down after a day by the pool. – Balcony Accessible from the living area, the balcony offers an inviting space to dine al fresco or enjoy a glass of wine surrounded by greenery. – Kitchen Compact but fully equipped: gas stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, everything you need for easy holiday meals. – Bedrooms Both rooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. • The suite has two single beds (can be prepared as a double) and opens directly to the garden. • The second bedroom also has two single beds, ideal for kids or friends. – Bathrooms Two compact but functional bathrooms, both with showers, massage columns, and towel heaters. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00 and of 50€ after 00:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss. → Nigh time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
