Dear students! (ONLY STUDENTS) From now onwards there are 2 rooms available in a shared student apartment in the 11th district, in Ravelinstraße. The bus stops 69A and 72A are just around the corner and it's only a 10 Minutes walk to the U3 station Simmering. You will also find a lot of shops there! The room is furnished with a bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a washing mashine, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower, 1 with a big bath tub and a toilet and an extra toilet. In total there are 7 bedrooms. At the moment only male tenants live there from all around the world. The rooms cost €395/month each, Plus an additional €65,- for utilities (Internet, electricity, heating). The deposit is €920,- No smoking and no pets allowed in the apartment. The contract is always for a period of 3 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months at the end of February, August or September with a 2-months notice.
