Marta Train: Not applicable Flat description: 7-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor, featuring 3 WCs. The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. The whole flat boasts plenty of natural light for a cozy environment and building includes a lift for easy access. Room: This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk, chair and a lamp. It also includes a wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp and a mirror. The room boasts a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room has a window facing the front side of the building which can make it noisier at times but makes up for it with plenty of exposer to natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements.
