Security deposit: To be paid on the platform before check-in. • Standard management fee (other cost) : Paid at check-in (cash or bank transfer). It covers: • Assisted check-in and key handover • Contract registration and administration • Tenant support during the stay • Advance payment for July/August (if applicable): If the rental period extends until July or August, one of these months must be paid in advance via the platform. 📜 Important Policies • August rent is non-refundable in case of early check-out. • A valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) must be obtained and submitted as soon as possible. Instructions on how to obtain it will be provided with the contract. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation. • No bed linens, blankets, pillows, or towels are provided in the apartment. • Utility bills (if not included) depend on actual consumption and will be sent directly to the apartment. • We apply a monthly contract system: rent must always be paid in full, regardless of move-in/out dates.
