For colder days, the central heating system ensures maximum comfort. - Living Room The spacious living room offers stylish and comfortable leather sofas, a TV, and a decorative fireplace. Next to it, a dining area with a large table for six people. The living room opens onto a pleasant balcony, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. - Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms. Two feature double beds (150cm x 200cm), and the third offers two single beds (90cm x 200cm). All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes, perfect for keeping everything organized. - Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine. - Office A dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk and chair, ideal for those who need a quiet environment to work. - Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and another with a shower. - Parking A parking space is available in the building's garage, offering convenience and security during your stay. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
