If you like walking it is only ~2.5 km to Aalto Uni and by bus/metro it takes around 15 minutes. Possibility to have also bed linen, towels and/or bicycle(s). Basically you can just bring your suitcase and start living. Ask for a more detailed list of the items included. The list of items that are included can be modified based on what you want/need. ✨COSTS Note!!! The rent depends on the rental period and how many persons are moving in. See examples of pricing below: 🔹980 e/month for six/seven/eight months between January and August 🔹1095 e/month for four/five months between April and August 🔹1195 e/month for four/five months between August and December 🔹Inquire the rent for some other period and/or for two persons, thank you. Water + electricity + Wi-Fi are all ready to use when you move in. Utility fee is 100 e/month and it is paid monthly on top of the rent.
