We are a family of four embarking on an adventure to Australia for five months at the beginning of the new year, and we’re looking for someone to live in our wonderful home while we’re away. A well-maintained house filled with warmth and charm – fully furnished, perfect for a family, a couple, or an individual. ⁠Beautiful sunsets and views from the living room and terraces. ⁠Large garden with a trampoline. The house includes: a spacious kitchen and dining area connected to a large living room, bathroom, master bedroom, children’s room, guest room, as well as a larger room currently used as a yoga studio. We’d like to use either the guest room or yoga room to store our personal belongings while we’re away – this can be arranged with the tenant 🙂 Our two sweet and affectionate cats, Brixton and Angel, will be your companions during your stay. They are very easy to care for – they just need dry food and water once a day (and we have friendly neighbors and family members who can help with their care if the tenant wishes to travel during the rental period). They are independent, come and go as they please through a cat flap, and are great with children. We will, of course, provide all the cat food and supplies for the entire period!...
