Studio 24X This beautiful 38-square-meter studio is located on the top floor of the building (4th floor). The studio features a front-facing balcony and is fully furnished. Towels and bed linen are provided for our guests and are changed every two weeks, a service included in the rent. The studio is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a desk bed, a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet, bathroom cabinet, and walk-in shower. In short, it's ready for immediate move-in! The building prioritizes sustainability and environmental friendliness. The studio features air conditioning that can both cool and heat the space, powered by the solar panels on the roof. Economist Balcony The Economist balcony apartments, are our Economist studios on all floors other than the ground floor. They offer the same benefits as the Economist, such as a desk bed, a large piece of furniture that separates the living area from the sleeping area, and a sofa bed, which is ideal for guests. In addition, they also have their own private balcony!
