Also from the living room we will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with all the appliances and household items necessary for your stay. The master bedroom is a beautiful, very bright room due to its direct connection to the terrace and it has two beds of 105 x 200 cm. built in wardrobes and a flat screen tv. In the second bedroom, we will find a large double bed with measures of 150 x 200 cm and built-in wardrobes. The house is ideal to disconnect and enjoy the best holidays in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, in addition, very close to the house we can find the famous Trocadero Arena chiringuito and the La Cañada shopping center with a wide range of shops and supermarkets and the beach of Marbella, which is a 5 minute drive away. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process.
