The apartment is at second floor with lift of a recently refurbished residential building with half day concierge and it's very quite since all the windows and balcony overlook the internal courtyard. A fast wifi (up to 1gbps) is ready to satisfy every connectivity need. Moreover it comes complete with towels, sheets, blankets, duvets, dishes, pans and pots, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located just 6 minutes walk from Brenta metro station (yellow line) which, in as few as 10 minutes, will take you to piazza Duomo, there in the very heart of Milano. Very convenient to get to Fondazione Prada or Bocconi University campus, it's also at walkable distance from the night life neighboorod of Porta Romana. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, pubs and pizzerie and a 24hours Carrefour supermarket. -------------------------------------------------- KEEP IN MIND: The amount of the rent is inclusive of heating, waste, condominium fees and everything not differently specified. No other fees are required, provided that the tenant will make a "normal" usage of resources. In particular during winter heating is by radiators and will be regulated by the central plant of the condominium. AC is private and will be made available during summer time. Temperature inside the apartment must to comply with Italian environmental laws. The price is referred to 1 single tenant. 2 people can rent the apartment together for the whole period or just for a few days (in case you want to host a friend for a weekend or a limited period of time) but a little extra fee applies (7€ per night or 150€ monthly). Cleaning fee at the end of the stay is optional: you can decide to clean the apartment by your own. NOTE: If necessary, you can shorten your stay with one calendar month's notice. However, in this case, you will be required to reimburse the commissions we, as landlord, have already paid to HA (HA applies commissions calculated over the entire rental period which are charged to us the first day of your stay). Conversely, if you book shorter periods and wish to extend your stay, you can always do so free of charge.
