The apartment is located in the modern Quantum 1 complex, the first molecular aparthotel in Italy. Renovated in 2024, it offers several studio and three-room (hidden) for rent (multiple units can also be rented) and common areas with a coworking space, a gym, a snack area and a laundry room with washer and dryer available to guests. All (hidden) have the most modern comforts, fiber internet, and a home automation system to manage the temperature, the opening and closing of doors and windows and allow arrival and departure with self check-in/out. Possibility of parking in a private covered garage about 200 meters away (check availability and costs with the customer care service). The entire Quantum 1 complex is inspired by art, with installations, paintings and works by contemporary artists. At the entrance, a totem with a hologram will answer guests' questions. THE DISTRICT Quantum 1 is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, a few steps from the historic Bausan square. The brand new innovation hub will be built right in front of the building and will be housed within the campus of the Polytechnic University of Milan. Bovisa, home to the Polytechnic University of Milan, is therefore a lively neighborhood full of bars, restaurants, clubs and services, but it is also a historic neighborhood, with its center and characteristic buildings, and is well connected to the city center and the main stations. GETTING AROUND THE AREA From Bovisa station (a few minutes walk, about 300 metres) there are connections to the Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops of the railway link that connect the city center in a few minutes. From Bovisa there are also direct train connections to Milan Malpensa airport. The yellow metro (direct line to the Duomo), Dergano stop, is about a quarter of an hour away on foot.
