LOCATION This accommodation is located close to the Erasmus University! Or if you want to really experience the Dutch way of living: 6 min by bike. Different shops are conveniently located 1 min walking distance. You will be living in a calm and quiet area, with lots of directions to go. We are looking forward to giving you the opportunity to explore the many great spots you want to see during your stay. All university campuses easily reachable by bike and public transport. This means that all the charges for electricity, water, heating, service, furniture and decoration are included. But we strongly encourage you to have household insurance and taxes have not been included in your rent. There is no parking space reserved for guests of this building. You can park your car on campus. This is a paid service. Please check the inventory list for a complete overview of the provided items. Please note: our kitchens are standardly equipped with a few basic kitchen appliances, such as a refrigerator. However, we do not provide other kitchen utilities such as pans, cutlery and dishes.
