It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare can be found in the "République Beaux Arts" neighborhood, in the centre of Lille. A lot of public transports, shops, restaurants are available close at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, crockery, microwave, kitchen ustensils, kettle, toaster, pans... The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, water, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Ideally situated at the heart of the city, between Rihour, Grand Place, the train stations and Wazemmes, is the République-Beaux Arts neighbourhood. The République public square is home to the imposing Fine Arts Museum and the impressive Préfecture both situated on opposing sides, contending for attention, while a lavish fountain acts as referee in the centre of the square. All year round, the square also hosts numerous concerts and sporting events. The Sébastopol theatre is just a stone’s throw away on a public square of the same name, and many much-loved café-theatres can be found nearby.
