Perfect for families or a small group of friends who want to explore the beautiful city of Cascais. Note: The building offers 24-hour concierge service, ensuring extra security throughout your stay. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has two single beds (which can be joined together to make a queen size bed) and a pleasant balcony and the other has a king sized bed. → Bathrooms The apartment has three bathrooms: two en suite with shower and a guest bathroom. → Living / Dining Room The living room, with ample natural light, has comfortable sofas (one of them being a sofa-bed), TV and dining table for 6 people (it also has access to the balcony). → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster and Moka Pot (coffee not included). Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → City Tax will also be charged according to the law.
