The house has a modern, cheerful style that combines simplicity with comforts for a pleasant stay as a couple or family. From here it will be easy for you to get around to explore Florence, sparing you the hustle and bustle of the historic center and experiencing the city more as a Florentine than a tourist! The apartment is located in a modern building near the Santa Maria Novella train station and in front of one of the most convenient tram stops connecting the airport to the historic center. With less than 5 steps you can access the apartment. There is a washing machine and the kitchen is equipped with the basics to prepare Tuscan lunches or dinners! A microwave oven is also provided. The living area consists of a living room and a kitchen, with a comfortable sofa bed where two guests can be accommodated, there is a television, a dining table and a bright large terrace. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, which can become double beds if necessary, with a large wardrobe suitable for even long stays, in total 6 beds. The bathroom has cozy lighting; it is equipped with a large shower and a bidet; you will find a hairdryer, soap and shampoo, towels. Wifi, hot/cold AC. Please note: The utilities are to be considered a FLAT RATE and may vary based on the monthly payments requested and the number of occupants present in the apartments.
