Plenty of natural lighting brightens up the home through the large windows and sliding doors leading to the patio. Walk out onto the covered lanai, and enclosed patio with a full pool bath and spa including lounge chairs with cushions.Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee. The clubhouse has a cinema, exercise room, Wii room, sundry, and a games area. Outside there is a large communal pool, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball and a BBQ picnic area and kiddies play area as well as a tiki bar that serves drinks as and some food. *Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. Important notice for Garage: Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage. The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only. The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle / trailer or heavy objects.
