All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is ideally located in the "Capucins Victoire" neighborhood, in the centre of Bordeaux. Plenty of restaurants, public transports, shops are accessible nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a large kitchen with fridge, pans, microwave, kitchen ustensils, toaster, kettle, crockery... It also has an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: broom, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: water, housing insurance, electricity, condominium fees, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Capucins Victoire is known as the most dynamic district of Bordeaux. The Place de la Victoire and adjacent campus bring colour to the surrounding streets here you will find flourishing bars and restaurants filled with the students of the area. The neighbourhood is just outside of the city centre, and brings a breath of fresh air to the rest of Bordeaux! It’s situated in a very strategic zone, with the tram line B passing directly through, enabling travel to Pessac campus and the river banks of the Garonne in just a few minutes! You will also be able to travel to the rest of the country with ease, with the Saint-Jean train station at your fingertips! From here, you can get to Paris in just 3 hours thanks to the TGV, or you can even hop on a train to Spain! What is more, the Capucins market, the biggest market in Bordeaux, is held just a couple hundred of metres from Victoire’s centre. The architecture of the district is the epitome of Bordelais tradition, boasting elegant buildings in golden stone which line the streets. Due to being so close to the faculties, the population that makes up Victoire is dominated by students, going along at their university pace of life. However, the areas best kept secret has to be its 200 year old vine tree standing in the large square, which is celebrated during its annual harvests.
