The living room and dining room have two exterior balconies. The house is renovated and decorated with attention to detail. The portal overlooks a small pedestrian plaza and there are numerous restaurants and terraces in the area where you can enjoy the city. Equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob. Individual heating, the house is very warm. The house also has a washing machine. The bathroom is modern, renovated and has everything you need.heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month. Its square was built in between Preciados & Gran Vía streets on late 20th century. It soon became one of the most frequented spots in the capital. The buildings that saw this square raise (Prensa Palace, Carrión building & Callao cinema), remain intact. This iconic square and its legendary Schweppes poster, is the mouth of streets as historic as Preciados, Calle del Carmen or Gran Vía. Plaza del Callao is to Madrid what Trafalgar Square is to London or Times Square to New York, a unique symbol! On its surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks.
