You can rent this apartment from sept 2025 until January 2026 or from Sept 2025 until June or July 2026 both months also included as well from September 25 until Juny or July 2026 always both months included because it is a temporary apartment Before referring to the wonderful characteristics of this property, it is healthy and transparent we inform you, even though it is a shame, new regulations governing temporary rentals have changed, new regulations oblige us to request: 1) Future guests must provide a sworn statement declaring that they are interested in a just TEMPORARY lease, indicating it is from September 2025 to January 2026 inclusive or from September 2025 to June 2026 inclusive. 2) They must provide proof of the activity, as admission to the ERASMUS program, internship in companies, stay for medical treatment, independent professional experience or for any other temporary activity. 3) We don’t like it but if we want to be legal, we don’t have a choice: the new law requires us to request 2-month guarantee. Even our lease is TEMPORARY. Until now, we requested 1 month, but they won't let us do so anymore. But there is nothing to worry about, we have never had any problems with guests who have always taken good care of this beautiful apartment and 100% of the deposit has been returned. It is certainly the very best! You will have the opportunity to confirm it is true. Spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. You have more than you think you could need. At the modern kitchen it is certainly everything you could need to cook and to make great deserts. Services of electricity, gas and water are included int the monthly rents, as well as a monthly cleaning of shared areas is for free. Spacious, bright, cozy, modern, exceptionally clean. Ventilated and very sunny. Very well located. 1 min far from Super, buses, public bikes. 5 minutes far (walking distance) to UPV s University and University of Valencia as well to Blasco Ibañez 1 minute far. Walking distance (12 minutes far) to beaches. Three bedrooms up to 3 people in total, essentially foreign students coming from abroad for Erasmus, interchanges between universities or Internships and practices at companies. Air conditioned/heating on the 3 rooms also at the leaving room and no bottles need to collect their water. Very fast Wi-Fi and cable. Very insulated PVC windows keep the temperature desired and isolate them from noise. It has a very modern kitchen with everything you could need, like a mixer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle. For the room: blankets, sheets for winter and summer, towels, hair dryer. You have also a backyard. Where you can stay quite reading or having a coffee. We rent from September 2nd, 2025, until the end of January 2026 or.... from September 2025 to end of June or July 2026 We have included, for free, a monthly cleaning of 8- or 10-hours, by month. We clean everything in the common areas, bathroom, kitchen live room, backyard etc. and we change the white blankets covering the sofa. We previously agreed with you the day is more convenient to you. The cost of it is included in the monthly rent. You don’t have to pay extra for it. We clean the shared areas including kitchen, bathroom, living room, entrance space, backyard, balcony, windows. You have also a very pleasant backyard to enjoy a sunny day reading or just drinking a coffee. If you are interested, we vacuum and sweep the floor at your room too, it will be also for free, but you must authorize us to get in and let us know in advance. On those occasions, sometimes we could need to go true the mittle room, the single one, to clean the balcony or eventually to clean or repair any air conditioner machines located on that balcony. The space: The entire apartment is rented to 3 students or workers. Other things to note. Each room has a worktable, adequate table lighting, shelves, good closets, fast Wi-Fi and other advantages, difficult to list here. It is also quite easy to park a car at the front of the building for free or nearby. This neighborhood became very modern and fashionable, full of ambience, plenty of nice and fancy little restaurants. Because of the new law we are forced to request 2 months of deposit of guaranty and the proof you are coming for Erasmus or like be able to rent for such a temporary period.
