Upon entering, you are greeted by the living and dining room with access to a charming little balcony overlooking Carrer del Baluard. The kitchen is integrated and equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to start cooking from the day you arrive. The bedroom is a double and has a large wardrobe to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, wifi and an alarm. This neighborhood is located on the edge of the Barcelona coast, and in the surrounding area you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. Barceloneta is full of small squares where you can enjoy a variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants on their inviting terraces. Barceloneta beach is just 2 minutes away, where people gather to soak up the sun in summer and enjoy a snack with friends in the afternoon the rest of the year; Barceloneta Park is also just 8 minutes away. On Passeig de Joan de Borbó, just 2 minutes from the apartment, you'll find a lovely promenade where you can stroll and enjoy the view of exclusive yachts moored at the dock. There are also several bus stops nearby. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 10 minutes from the apartment.
