The neighborhood encompasses the oldest parts of the city and includes the remains of the Roman city wall and several notable medieval monuments. It retains a labyrinthine street layout, with many narrow streets leading to squares. Some of the best points of interest or monuments in the Gothic Quarter include La Plaça Reial, La Catedral de Barcelona, La Basílica de Santa María del Pi, Plaza de Sant Jaume, and Port Vell. 🔑 Membership fee A one-time fee of €275 is applied at the beginning of the stay. It covers the drafting and signing of the contract, check-in support and a full bedding set (duvet, blanket, sheets, two pillows and two towels). 🧹 Final cleaning fee A €125 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out. 💕 For couples: If the members are a couple, the Welcome Service fee increases by €100 to include the additional set of towels and keys, as well as handling and management for two occupants.
